This notice explains how Mevsim Dental Clinic handles the details you send us through usa.mevsimdental.com. We keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect
- The details you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, US state, preferred contact method and the treatment you are interested in.
- Information about the ad or campaign that brought you to this site (for example campaign, ad and click identifiers in the page address).
- Anything you choose to share later with your coordinator, such as photos of your teeth or health information needed to prepare your treatment plan.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your request and prepare your personalized treatment plan.
- To organise your visit if you decide to go ahead, including your hotel and transfers.
- To understand which of our ads bring requests, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Your details are stored in our customer management system (Zoho CRM) and handled by our patient coordination team. We use trusted service providers for storage and messaging (such as email, phone and WhatsApp). If you book treatment, we share only what is needed with the hotel and transfer providers. Your information may be processed outside the United States, including in Türkiye.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it (for example, medical records after treatment).
Your choices
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time.
- You can stop messages at any time — reply STOP to a text, tell your coordinator, or email us.
Write to info@mevsimdis.com and we will respond as soon as we can. We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
